Important stock to keep an eye on -

Couch roll is ordered pretty much monthly, I do a large order usually of 4 boxes (48 Couch Roll) for both clinics. Now that Debbie is back full time it might be worth ordering 6 boxes. I store couch roll on the top shelf in the storage room in Speke and in Rodney St it is stored in the drawers of the desks for each room and surplus is stored in the podiatry cupboard or behind the fake wall in the top floor room.

Acupuncture needles are mostly used by Anna Gray these are stored in the drawers in room 2 and in the 3rd drawer in the reception filing cabinet. I usually just check in with Anna Gray every few weeks and see how her supply is going. I ordered a massive supply on 19/08/21 so they should last a few months. The expiration date on these is long so feel free to order in bulk to get the best deal.

PPE is really important to stay on top of. PPE includes gloves, aprons, and masks. The only sizes of gloves you will need is small and medium. We have patient masks and therapists mask. The patients masks should be stored on reception these are kept in plastic bags. Therapist masks should only ever be used by therapists and are kept in boxes.

Cleaning supplies we buy most of our cleaning supplies from home bargains, we are big lover of fabulosa in Liverpool.

Wipes, paper towels, cleaning cloths, bin bags, anti-bacterial spray, glass cleaner, bleach, floor cleaner, sugar spray or degreaser (for oil on walls), dusters are all important to keep an eye on stock levels. They are used very regularly in the clinic.

General supplies you will need to keep an eye on things like printer paper, ink, pens, sticky notes, water cups (I buy biodegradable ones from amazon), batteries, business cards, stamps, envelopes, till roll, coffee, till, milk, sugar.

Therabands are used regularly by therapists, I would say once you get down to 5 of each colour it is time to order some from the cheapest website at the time (order non latex in case of allergies)
