OPENING - 

The keys are kept with the David Lloyds reception over night, We never take the keys home for this clinic as there is only one set. 

You will have 4 keys the purple and blue key opens the shutters and the other keys have a number that coordinates with each door. 

There is one light switch for all clinics above the water machine. 

When I come in I usually make sure all the doors are open and turn on the air con if the rooms are a bit stuffy. 

CLOSING - 

Do not shut any doors other than the door to the kitchen which needs to be locked and door 3 should also be locked. This is because the safe is in the kitchen. 

Turn off lights and put shutter down. 

MAKE SURE ALL AIR CON AND FANS HAVE BEEN SWITCHED OFF. 

There is no need to switch the computer off, just log out of your RD.
